Booking Terms & Conditions
General terms applicable to all bookings made on this website.
1. Booking process
A booking is finalised when the customer completes the payment process and receives an email confirmation. Until that point, availability is not guaranteed. [Campsite name] reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking in the event of an error in price or availability.
A valid user account is required to make a booking. The customer guarantees that all data provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
2. Prices and taxes
All published prices include applicable VAT. The final price is calculated based on the type of accommodation, number of nights and the applicable season. Prices may vary according to availability and booking lead time.
3. Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe platform. Partial or deferred payments are not accepted. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Modifications
Requests to modify dates or accommodation type are subject to availability and may involve price differences. To request a modification, the customer must contact [Campsite name] with a minimum of 72 hours' notice before the arrival date.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid. Cancellation between 8 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund. Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: no refund. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Check-in, check-out and occupancy
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 12:00. The maximum number of guests per accommodation is as stated in its description. Additional undeclared guests are not permitted without prior authorisation.
7. Campsite rules
The customer agrees to comply with the campsite's internal rules, which will be provided at check-in. Failure to comply with the rules may result in expulsion from the premises with no right to a refund. [Campsite name] is not responsible for damage caused by the customer to the facilities or to third parties.
8. Liability
[Campsite name] accepts no liability for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, adverse weather conditions, supply outages, etc.) that may affect the services offered. In such cases, a reasonable alternative solution will be sought.
9. Applicable law
These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of [city], expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
